Plan aheadThe Core Service

An initial meeting with an experienced adviser, to capture a “Financial Picture” of your current financial position, to understand your objectives and help you prioritise accordingly.

  • Identify potential protection shortfalls in order to protect those individuals and assets which are dear to you.
  • Review your debts and liabilities and understand their inefficiencies or otherwise.
  • Through discussion, identify short, medium and long term objectives and provide strategies to help meet them.
  • Undertake a risk analysis with you in order to establish your risk tolerance and, equally important, discuss and agree with you your thoughts and feeling on losing capital i.e. your “capacity for loss”.
  • Discuss and explain possible solutions including tax implications relative to your circumstances and how these possible solutions meet your agreed view on risk and thoughts on loss of capital.
  • Carry out research from the relevant whole market and tailor solutions to meet your specified and agreed prioritised needs, taking into account contract costs, flexibility and terms and conditions.
  • Assess the financial strength of the contract providers and their ability to honour their commitments both in terms of contract and service.
  • Consider and explain the benefits of combining different types of products and possibly trusts, for tax efficiency.
  • Prepare our formal report covering all the previously mentioned aspects and include all the relevant provider documentation.
  • Take you through and explain the report and associated paperwork, answering any questions or queries you have and thereafter agreeing the way forward.
  • Assist in the paperwork completion as well as capturing the relevant Money Laundering requirements.
  • Process all paperwork and liaise with the providers until your documents have been received, checked and forwarded to you for safe keeping.

  • The offer of quarterly office/home/your business, based review where Risk Tolerance and Capacity for Loss will be reassessed, along with your objectives and current status. Thereafter implement any changes that are required.
  • Access to Directors/Advisers` mobile numbers and a dedicated/named administration staff who will respond and deal with ad hoc queries
  • The offer to liaise with other professionals as required e.g. third parties such as solicitors and accountants
  • The offer of quarterly news bulletins updating you on current financial issues and opportunities

Low Level/Touch

Designed for those clients who require us to monitor their financial planning but not in an intensive way and who want to optimise value for money from the services we provide.
This would involve:

  • An initial office based face to face meeting that will establish your current objectives and priorities. Thereafter we will produce a Financial Report that will provide you with a detailed analysis of your current and projected financial situation.
  • The offer of an annual, office based review where Risk Tolerance and Capacity for Loss will be reassessed, along with objectives and current status. Thereafter implement any changes that are required.
  • Access to our client administration team who will respond and deal with ad hoc queries.
  • Maintain records

Pay as You Go

Designed for those clients who want us to provide advice for a specific current or anticipated future need. This would involve:

  • An initial face to face meeting that will establish what you are trying to achieve i.e. your current objectives and priorities.
  • Thereafter we will produce a Financial Plan that will provide you with a specific course of action to satisfy your current requirement(s).
  • If a product(s) was/were involved you will receive product provider(s) annual statements
